  1. Develop and improve innovative lubricant formulations that exceed performance standards and push the boundaries of industry standards.
  2. Utilize expertise in lubricants chemistry to design and evaluate new formulations for a diverse range of lubricant products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and product gaps to drive formulation development.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies to continuously improve formulations.
  6. Design and execute experiments to test and validate the performance of new formulations, and analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  7. Lead and participate in technical discussions and presentations to communicate formulation strategies and results to stakeholders.
  8. Manage projects from conception to commercialization, ensuring timely and successful delivery of new formulations.
  9. Utilize project management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in lubricant technologies to continuously improve and enhance formulations.
  11. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  12. Adhere to all safety and quality standards and regulations in the development and testing of formulations.
  13. Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge and best practices and contribute to the advancement of the company's overall lubricants portfolio.
  14. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documents, including product specifications, formulations, and patents.
