At Extra Space Storage, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst who can help us manage our financial transactions and activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong financial background and exceptional problem-solving skills to ensure our operations are running efficiently. If you’re passionate about finance and looking to join a fun, collaborative team, this could be the perfect role for you.To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in a financial role. You should also have a strong knowledge of financial principles, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

Manage financial transactions and activities to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyze financial records and transactions.
Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain treasury management systems.
Liaise with banks and other financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of financial principles.
Use financial reporting software to generate accurate reports.
Monitor financial trends and identify areas for improvement.
Provide advice and guidance on financial matters.
