Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Extra Space Storage. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of employees to ensure the smooth running of the facility and provide our customers with the highest level of service. Responsibilities:

• Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of employees to ensure the smooth running of the facility and provide our customers with the highest level of service • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention • Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with service standards and procedures • Respond to customer complaints and ensure timely resolution • Monitor store financial performance and provide reports to upper management • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize store profitability • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations • Ensure store compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Establish and maintain effective communication with all staff and customers • Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies and merchandise
