Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Store Manager to join our team at Extra Space Storage! Our ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for helping people. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the storage facility, ensuring that it operates in an efficient and profitable manner. To be successful in this role, the Store Manager must be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to effectively manage a team.Required Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience in a store/facility management role• Proven success in meeting or exceeding financial goals• Excellent customer service skills• Working knowledge of inventory and storage management• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities: • Recruit, train, and manage staff members to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures • Ensure the facility is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Monitor customer service and satisfaction levels • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty • Monitor and maintain facility inventory and storage space • Implement and monitor cost-saving initiatives • Develop marketing strategies to increase profitability • Ensure the facility is properly maintained and presentable • Analyze financial reports and develop strategies to improve financial performance • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Oversee daily operations of the facility, including staff scheduling and customer service
