Regional Training Manager

We are looking for a Regional Training Manager for Extra Space Storage who is motivated and passionate about teaching and helping others. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of training programs for our store teams throughout the region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing training initiatives. This individual must be an excellent communicator that is able to effectively communicate with store managers and team members. The Regional Training Manager must also have the ability to develop and deliver training materials in a variety of formats, including classroom, webinar, and virtual training.
