
Assistant Store Manager
We are looking for an organized, motivated, and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join the Extra Space Storage team! The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic leader with a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive working environment. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, developing and leading a team of employees, and helping to grow the business.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of two years of previous management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. You must also possess a customer-centric mindset that is focused on delivering a quality customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and make sure they are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and store profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees to ensure that customer service goals are met.
- Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed and upheld.
- Monitor store sales and inventory levels and take appropriate action to maximize sales and profitability.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Monitor store expenses, budgets, and payroll.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
