Job Description

As a Sr. Business Analyst - Oracle Cloud ERP at Extended Stay America, you will be responsible for providing business solutions and technical guidance to the organization. You will work closely with the Oracle Cloud ERP team to identify and document business requirements, design solutions, and provide troubleshooting and technical support. Your expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP will be critical in helping us move business objectives forward.We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for leveraging technology to support business needs and a desire to learn new things. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, including working with ERP systems; experience with Oracle Cloud ERP; experience in business process design and implementation; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; and strong working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
