Project Management for renovations, new build, and capital improvement projects for the organization's owned hotel assets. Coordination with Operations, Development and Facilities management for identification of quantities, specifications, etc for associated projects. Ordering and procurement of necessary goods; with focus on price, lead times, warehousing and other associated logistics, and installations teams, to ensure on time delivery and overall sequence of the roll-out. Coordination of cross functional renovation calls with Facilities, Purchasing and Operations leadership Coordination with 3rd party vendors, suppliers, logistics, warehousing, and installation companies. Management of scope (and associated changes when necessary). Identification project resource needs and assigns individual responsibilities. Management of day-to-day operational aspects of projects including budget, resources, timeline, and scope and communication of each to relevant stakeholders and management. Creation, execution and communication of project plans and revisions as appropriate to meet business needs and requirements. Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change. Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
