Human Resources Internship
Intern will gain real word experience and exposure to various functional areas of Human Resources. You will rotate between a few areas of Human Resources assisting with projects in Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, HR compliance and Benefits. The Internship Program provides exposure to senior leaders, professional development workshops, structured assignments and social events over the 10 weeks in the Summer. Interns will leave understanding the hospitality industry.
Assist with promoting HR programs and initiatives throughout the organization
Assist in analyzing associate engagement survey results
Knowledge of generally accepted Human Resources principles and practices
