Job Description

The specialist will work with the Franchise Technology Architect to ensure all technology solutions are implemented per ESA technology standards and security policies. Responsible for the implementation, testing and administration of remote property compute (PCs, mobile device) and network systems (SD-WAN, Routing, Wireless systems). Responsible for the implementation and testing of remote property SD and HD TV Infrastructure and Systems. Responsible for the implementation, testing and administration of remote property network printing/fax solutions. Third-level support for troubleshooting remote property infrastructure. Conduct root cause analysis.

Job Qualifications

Experience in supporting compute and networked based infrastructure
Prefer experience in hospitality and/or retail industries
2+ years experience in technology implementation
