As the first point of contact for our guests, this position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a hospitality setting, as well as a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
