
Guest Services Representative
We are looking for a highly motivated and friendly Guest Services Representative to join our team at Extended Stay America! In this role, you will be the face of our hotel and will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of hospitality and customer service to all of our guests. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to multitask effectively, and be able to take initiative and act independently. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work flexible shifts.
