We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused Guest Services Representatives to join the team at Extended Stay America. As a Guest Services Representative, you will have the opportunity to provide guests with exceptional customer service, while also contributing to their positive experience by creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. If you have excellent verbal communication skills, a knack for problem solving and a commitment to creating an enjoyable stay for our guests, then we want to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of customer service experience.
