We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer service-focused Guest Services Representative to join the team at Extended Stay America. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay with us. You will be the face of our hotel and a key player in providing excellent customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also have a strong work ethic and be able to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
