We’re looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to join the team at Extended Stay America! In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. You’ll be the face of the hotel, so excellent customer service and communication skills are a must.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a minimum of five years of experience in a hospitality management role and a proven track record of success in a leadership position. You should also have a thorough understanding of hotel operations, including budgeting and financial analysis, as well as a strong knowledge of the local market.
