This position requires an individual with a deep understanding of hospitality operations, the ability to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue, and a passion for leading and developing team members. To be successful in this role, you should have at least five years of experience in a hospitality management role, a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, and advanced knowledge of hotel operations. The ability to develop effective relationships with hotel owners, vendors and team members is also essential.
