District Manager

We’re looking for an experienced District Manager to join the team at Extended Stay America and help lead our properties to success. If you’re a proven leader with expertise and passion for hospitality, this is your chance to take on an exciting and challenging role.As District Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for multiple properties in your district, as well as leading, coaching, and motivating your team to ensure the highest levels of service and quality. In this role, you’ll need to be able to analyze data and develop initiatives to drive business growth, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.To succeed in this role, you’ll need a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior role in hospitality, along with a track record of success in operations, sales, and marketing. You should also have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of customer service and the ability to coach and motivate employees.
