
District Manager
Responsible for the formulation of each property's Annual Budget, Forecasts and Capital Expenditure Improvement proposal. Responsible for the management of labor standards and property level expenses to achieve maximum flow through to the bottom line for each hotel. Final responsibility for oversight of all financial activities at each property to include reconciliation of all financial accounts. Assist the Hotel Manager to promote retention programs and turnover reduction strategies. Conducts coaching/counseling sessions; performance evaluations; prepares performance improvement plans, disciplinary documentation; conducts terminations. Identifies and seeks out potential business in local market. Maintains relationships with local companies and key people to increase ESH visibility within the local market.
Requires a minimum four years hospitality management experience
Ability to manage and direct a staff to perform daily job tasks.
Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, word processing
Strong leadership skills to oversee multiple properties.
