Maintain corporate account and rate plan associations. Providing assistance for the sales team on Lanyon, negotiated rate loading requirements for Pegasus and other software products as required. Assist in the rate audit process, includes ensuring that rates are also loaded and accessible for negotiated accounts who book through ESH website using a dedicated access code. Maintain current understanding of how data flows from CRS to the GDS' and how this is impacted by how ESH rates are structured in the CRS. Develop and run reports to provide pertinent RFP and client data to internal customers. Develop and maintain response information materials for RFP's; coordinate with internal departments to review and update materials on a continuous basis.
