Chargeback Specialist
Chargeback Specialist II independently works with credit card processors, banks, hotel personnel, and corporate personnel to monitor chargebacks and credit card disputes. The Specialist ensures credit card charges and chargeback expenses are accurate at the field and corporate level. The Specialist takes appropriate action to resolve out of balances and error situations to mitigate loss of revenue. Reviews and researches exception transactions related to the site depository accounts. Researching and analyzing credit card chargebacks and disputes, communicating with hotel personnel to organize supporting documentation and case submittal to Merchant Service Providers.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years relevant financial experience
Must be comfortable learning & working with other software systems & websites
Must have GL software experience
