Job Description

Express Inc is currently looking for an experienced Shipment Processer to join our team. This detail-oriented individual will be responsible for efficiently processing shipments and ensuring timely delivery of products. We are looking for an organized, motivated, and reliable individual who has a passion for providing excellent customer service.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a shipping role, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer service. They should be able to work independently as well as part of a team and be able to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and process orders in a timely manner.
  2. Monitor the progress of shipments and ensure timely delivery of products.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain accurate records of shipments and orders.
  5. Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  6. Prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  7. Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
  8. Keep up-to-date with trends in the industry and new technology.
  9. Follow safety protocols and industry regulations.
  10. Ensure accuracy of data entry and documentation.
