Operations Leader

We’re looking for a highly organized and driven Operations Leader to join the Express Inc team and help us continue our success. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business, ensuring efficiency and accuracy, and leading the operations team.To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience leading an operations team in a fast-paced environment. You will be a strategic thinker who is comfortable making decisions and able to assess risk. 1. Oversee all daily operations of the Express Inc business.
2. Develop and execute strategies to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
3. Lead and manage the operations team.

6. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
7. Monitor performance and identify areas of improvement for the operations team.
8. Develop policies and procedures for the operations team.
