The Director of Talent Acquisition at Express Inc is responsible for leading the recruitment and onboarding process of new talent for our company. We are looking for a highly-motivated and results-driven leader to join our team and help us find the best people to join our mission.This position requires an experienced and knowledgeable professional with exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and at least seven years of experience in the Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources field. They must also have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, business partners, and other stakeholders.We are seeking an individual with the ability to think strategically, think outside the box, and bring a creative mindset to the recruitment process. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating an inclusive and diverse workplace and a track record of achieving successful recruitment results.
