
Customer Experience Leader
Express Inc is seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Experience Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional with the ability to provide a superior level of customer service and help ensure the overall satisfaction of Express Inc customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting, as well as a friendly, outgoing personality and a strong desire to help others. They must also have excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills. Additionally, they must have a strong understanding of customer experience best practices and be able to work both independently and collaboratively. We are looking for a leader who is committed to providing an outstanding customer experience that is both efficient and effective. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies that will improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to identify areas of improvement and develop customer experience initiatives.
- Train customer service staff on customer experience best practices, customer service techniques, and communication skills.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer service data to identify trends and develop solutions to improve customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to customer experience best practices and policies.
- Manage customer service team to ensure all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer service team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
- Create and maintain customer service documentation.
