At Express Inc., we are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Leader to join our team and help us create an outstanding customer service experience. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing strategies and solutions to ensure our customers are delighted throughout their journey.We are looking for a passionate leader with a customer-centric approach who has the skills necessary to drive organizational changes and lead a team of customer service personnel. Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and solutions to ensure customers have an outstanding customer service experience.

• Lead a team of customer service personnel and ensure their success in meeting customer needs.

• Utilize customer feedback to create and implement organizational changes to improve customer service.

• Monitor customer service metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement training programs for customer service personnel.

• Develop customer service policies and procedures.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product offerings and services.

• Provide timely and accurate customer service support to customers as needed.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Provide feedback to senior management on customer service performance and opportunities for improvement.
