Closing Associate

At Express Inc, we are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Closing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail environment.The Closing Associate will ensure that our store is properly closed each day and that the organization and cleanliness of the store is maintained. To be successful in this role, the Closing Associate should have excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, a friendly and helpful attitude, and a commitment to customer service.Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Minimum of one year of customer service experience• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to work a flexible schedule• Good communication skills and strong work ethic• Ability to lift and move items up to 25lbs

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner • Assist customers with their questions and purchases • Ensure store is properly closed each day and that the organization and cleanliness of the store is maintained • Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is correctly priced and labeled • Perform daily inventory checks and restocking as needed • Process customer payments and issue receipts • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Assist in training new associates • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff • Follow company policies and procedures • Assist with other duties as assigned
