Closing Associate

Express Inc. is looking for an experienced Closing Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently. They must be able to handle a variety of tasks, including closing the store, restocking shelves, and ensuring a clean and tidy retail environment.To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills. You must be able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, and be able to handle multiple tasks at once. A friendly and outgoing personality and the ability to work with customers in a professional manner is a must. You must also be able to lift and move boxes and merchandise as needed. Previous retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon entering the store and provide excellent customer service
• Close the store at the end of the day according to established procedures
• Restock shelves and ensure a tidy and organized retail environment
• Answer customer questions and address any concerns
• Maintain accurate records and process transaction paperwork
• Ensure all merchandise is accurately priced and accounted for
• Process refunds and exchanges as needed
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety guidelines
• Move boxes and merchandise as needed
• Assist with other tasks as requested by the store manager and other staff members.
