Responsibilities of a Closing Associate at Express Inc:

• Responsible for closing the store in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage customer service issues in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensure the store is properly stocked and organized
• Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection
• Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions
• Balance register drawers and reconcile cash at end of day
• Help with inventory management and restocking
• Assist in other areas of the store, such as cleaning and maintenance
• Follow all safety and security procedures
