Associate Stylist

Express Inc is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Associate Stylist to join our team. As an integral part of our retail staff, the Associate Stylist will provide customers with exceptional service and styling expertise. The ideal candidate is a people-person with a passion for fashion who is able to effectively build relationships with customers. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while always demonstrating a positive attitude. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • 1-2 years of retail experience• A passion for fashion • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service • Ability to work in a team environment • Knowledge of fashion trends and current styles

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide personalized styling services.
2. Assist customers in selecting items that fit their individual style and taste.
3. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of fashion trends and current styles.
4. Maintain a productive and positive work environment.
5. Monitor inventory and restock shelves as needed.
6. Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit payments.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales.
8. Answer customer inquiries, provide advice, and offer solutions to their needs.
9. Assist in creating visually appealing displays in the store.
10. Participate in store events and promotional activities.
