Associate Store Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and customer service.
2. Manage and motivate staff to ensure efficient store operations and high customer satisfaction.
3. Monitor and analyze store performance, sales, and customer feedback to develop strategies for improvement.
4. Train and onboard new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant local, state, and federal laws.
6. Create and administer store budgets, schedules, and other operational reports.
7. Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
8. Develop and implement promotional campaigns and in-store events.
9. Foster a culture of collaboration and customer service excellence.
10. Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed.
