3. Manage and develop store staff, including providing training and coaching.
4. Monitor store performance and take action to address any issues or concerns.
5. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
7. Maintain accurate records of store performance and customer activity.
8. Ensure store is adequately stocked and properly merchandised.
9. Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
10. Create and implement promotions and marketing plans.
