Associate Relations Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support and guidance to associates on a variety of topics, such as policy interpretation, employee relations, and performance management.
2. Maintain a strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills in all interactions.
3. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of inquiries from associates.
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new associates.
6. Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
7. Assist with the investigation and resolution of employee relations issues.
8. Develop and deliver training and development programs.
9. Act as a liaison between management and associates.
10. Create and maintain comprehensive records of employee data.
