Job Description

At Expedia Group, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Workday Software Development Engineer to join our team. This individual must have a strong background in software development, specifically related to Workday software. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software development, database design, and project management, and will be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical team members. They must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Our Workday Software Development Engineer should also have excellent communication and organization skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, helping us develop and maintain Workday software for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Workday software for clients

• Design and implement database schemas

• Coordinate with both technical and non-technical team members

• Analyze business requirements and develop software solutions

• Identify complex software problems and develop innovative solutions

• Monitor and troubleshoot software issues

• Write and maintain software documentation

• Provide technical support and training to end-users

• Participate in project planning and status meetings

• Stay current with Workday software development trends and best practices
