UX Designer
This role will lead design will lead design for our travel management reporting tool. Design high-fidelity, mobile-first solutions in Figma. Advocate for best practices for data visualization and dashboard design. Simplify complex use cases and user flows to modernize the our admin reporting tools. Work within our EG wide Design system and lead the reporting team's migration to React Partner with Product managers, developers, and analytic teams both across the product and in your product domain. Translate discovery and research insights into new hypotheses. Collaborate with engineers to determine concept feasibility. Test viability with users and product partners. Advocate for and educate teams on WCAG Accessibility Guidelines.
