- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and success within the hotel partner network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to enhance Expedia Group's market presence and increase revenue.
- Lead and mentor a team of hotel market partnership managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies for improving the booking experience for customers and partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes, and use that knowledge to inform decision-making and create competitive advantage for Expedia Group.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the success and effectiveness of partnerships, and make adjustments as needed.
- Represent Expedia Group at industry events and conferences, and serve as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Develop and manage budgets for the hotel market partnerships department, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on the status of partnerships and make recommendations for future growth and success.
Extensive Experience In The Hotel Industry: The Senior Vice President Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Hotel Industry, Including Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Customer Needs. They Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Hotel Market.
