Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement multi-channel paid social marketing strategies to drive profitable growth for Expedia Group.
  2. Utilize data-driven decision making to optimize campaigns and ensure maximum ROI.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the paid social landscape.
  4. Manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
  5. Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive improved performance.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of paid social specialists.
  7. Work with creative teams to develop high-impact ad content.
  8. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and optimization processes.
  9. Identify and execute on opportunities for growth and process improvement.
