- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing technology strategy for Expedia Group, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of marketing technology professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support in their day-to-day activities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in marketing technology, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and techniques into the company's strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data analytics, and IT, to ensure a seamless integration of technology into the overall marketing strategy.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of current marketing technology initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring they meet the company's standards and deliver high-quality services and solutions.
- Develop and manage the marketing technology budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Marketing Technology Strategy, Preferably In The Travel Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams To Implement And Optimize Marketing Technology Solutions.
Extensive Knowledge Of Marketing Technology Platforms And Tools, Such As Crm, Marketing Automation, Digital Analytics, And Personalization.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Drive Business Results.
