- Lead and manage a team of designers to create innovative and user-centric experiences for Expedia Group's digital platforms.
- Develop and drive the overall design vision and strategy for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions align with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
- Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

- Oversee the design process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions across all platforms.

- Act as a brand ambassador and champion for user experience and design excellence within the organization.

In-Depth Knowledge Of User-Centered Design Principles, Methodologies, And Tools, With A Strong Emphasis On Data-Driven Decision Making.
