1. Develop and drive the vision and product strategy for trust & safety solutions in alignment with the overall product strategy.
2. Lead and manage the cross-functional trust & safety product team to ensure that goals are met.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify and develop innovative solutions to complex trust & safety problems.
4. Monitor and analyze trust & safety performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Develop and maintain trust & safety policies and processes.
6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the product team is delivering the best user experience.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful product delivery.
8. Identify and mitigate risk to ensure a safe and secure customer experience.
9. Lead and motivate the trust & safety product team to drive results.
10. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer trust and safety experiences.
