
Senior CRM Capabilities Manager
At Expedia Group, we are looking for a Senior CRM Capabilities Manager who is passionate about customer experience, data-driven insights, and driving tangible results. We are looking for someone with excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills to join our team and help take our customer experience to the next level.The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, plus 5+ years of experience in a customer relationship management (CRM) role. They should also have a proven track record of success in developing CRM strategies, building customer relationships, and executing campaigns. Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics, segmentation, and reporting is essential.We are looking for a creative problem-solver who is able to quickly and effectively analyze data and make decisions based on findings. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Finally, the Senior CRM Capabilities Manager must be able to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of CRM initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to build and strengthen customer relationships
- Utilize marketing automation tools, analytics, segmentation, and reporting to optimize customer experience
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Manage and execute CRM initiatives, campaigns, and projects
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of CRM initiatives
- Quickly and effectively analyze data to make informed decisions
- Identify and troubleshoot any potential problems that might arise
- Create and maintain detailed reports on campaign performance and customer insights
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
