Senior Analyst, Global Tax Reporting

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the global tax reporting and compliance processes for the company. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate should have expertise in tax accounting, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for problem-solving.To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting and reporting. An in-depth understanding of US GAAP and IFRS standards, as well as experience with large ERP systems, is highly desired. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the global tax reporting and compliance processes for the company.
2. Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
3. Research and analyze complex tax and accounting issues, develop resolution strategies, and make recommendations.
4. Monitor and review tax returns for accuracy and completeness.
5. Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency.
6. Collaborate with external tax advisors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
7. Utilize large ERP systems to process and track financial data.
8. Develop internal controls and procedures to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
9. Provide guidance and support to staff members on tax and accounting topics.
10. Develop reports and presentations to summarize findings and present to senior management.
