  1. Develop and implement effective search engine marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversions on Expedia Group's website.
  2. Utilize industry best practices to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance.
  3. Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
  4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SEM strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, algorithm updates, and new technologies to continuously improve SEM strategies.
  7. Manage and allocate budget effectively to maximize return on investment.
  8. Utilize bid management tools and techniques to drive cost-effective results.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with search engine partners and vendors.
  10. Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve campaign performance.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on SEM best practices and strategies.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on SEM strategies to other departments within the company.
  13. Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to SEM campaigns.
  14. Stay informed on competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  15. Continuously monitor and report on industry and competitive trends to inform future SEM strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Search Engine Marketing, Preferably In A Travel Or E-Commerce Industry.

  • Expertise In Google Ads, Bing Ads, And Other Search Engine Marketing Platforms.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data-Driven Decision Making.

  • Ability To Manage And Optimize Large Budgets, Track Performance Metrics, And Provide Regular Reporting.
