- Develop and implement effective search engine marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversions on Expedia Group's website.
- Utilize industry best practices to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SEM strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, algorithm updates, and new technologies to continuously improve SEM strategies.
- Manage and allocate budget effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Utilize bid management tools and techniques to drive cost-effective results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with search engine partners and vendors.
- Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve campaign performance.
- Train and mentor junior team members on SEM best practices and strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on SEM strategies to other departments within the company.
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to SEM campaigns.
- Stay informed on competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Continuously monitor and report on industry and competitive trends to inform future SEM strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Search Engine Marketing, Preferably In A Travel Or E-Commerce Industry.
Expertise In Google Ads, Bing Ads, And Other Search Engine Marketing Platforms.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data-Driven Decision Making.
Ability To Manage And Optimize Large Budgets, Track Performance Metrics, And Provide Regular Reporting.
