- Develop and implement effective recruitment programs and strategies to attract top talent in the travel industry
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source and screen candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent pipelines to support our recruitment efforts
- Identify and attend relevant industry events and conferences to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our programs and processes
- Coordinate and lead recruitment events, including job fairs, information sessions, and campus visits
- Partner with cross-functional teams, such as HR and marketing, to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in our recruitment process
- Track and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance our programs
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Expedia Group, promoting our company values and culture to potential candidates
- Contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team by providing support and assistance as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Recruiting, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruiting Practices, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software.
