Job Description

  1. Develop and implement a strategic vision for AI agent experiences that aligns with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences in relation to AI technology.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and marketing to develop and launch innovative AI-driven products.
  4. Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, including defining product roadmap, creating user stories, and prioritizing features.
  5. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure successful execution of product plans.
  7. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
  8. Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in AI technology, and make recommendations for incorporating them into product strategy.
  9. Act as a champion for the user, advocating for their needs and ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  10. Mentor and coach junior product managers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  12. Manage product budget and resources effectively to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for all product initiatives.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to product development and management.
