Job Description

  1. Develop and implement effective fraud prevention strategies for the company.
  2. Analyze and assess potential fraud risks and threats to the business.
  3. Utilize expertise in fraud and risk management to protect the company from potential threats.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities in business processes.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in the fraud prevention program.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fraud and risk management to continuously improve the program.
  7. Monitor and analyze data to identify patterns and trends in fraudulent activity.
  8. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure fraud prevention strategies align with business goals and objectives.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance fraud prevention efforts.
  10. Regularly communicate updates and progress on the fraud prevention program to senior management.
  11. Train and educate employees on fraud and risk management policies and procedures.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the customer experience while also mitigating fraud risks.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on fraud and risk management, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  14. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects related to fraud and risk management.
  15. Foster a culture of awareness and accountability for fraud and risk management throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Fraud And Risk Management: A Product Manager For Fraud & Risk Management At Expedia Group Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Fraud And Risk Landscape, Including Industry Trends, Emerging Threats, And Best Practices In Fraud Prevention And Risk Mitigation.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Of A Product Manager For Fraud & Risk Management Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Patterns And Trends, And Make Data-Driven Decisions. Candidates Should Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Develop Effective Fraud Prevention Strategies.

  • Product Management Experience: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record In Product Management, Including Experience In Developing And Launching Successful Products Or Features. This Includes Defining Product Vision, Creating Roadmaps, And Working With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Products On Time And Within Budget.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory And Compliance Requirements: Expedia Group Operates In Various Countries And Must Comply With Different Regulatory And Compliance Requirements. A Product Manager For Fraud & Risk Management Should Have A Good Understanding Of These Regulations And Ensure That Products And Processes Are Compliant.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Product Manager, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential To Work Effectively With Different Stakeholders, Including Engineering, Data Science, Legal, And Business Teams. This Includes The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner And Influence Decision-Making.
