Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for Sales and Partner Experience products, in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Drive revenue growth by identifying and implementing new product features and enhancements that effectively meet the needs of our customers and partners.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities, and use this information to inform product development decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, partners, and competitors to inform product strategy and prioritize product roadmap initiatives.
  6. Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and gather feedback to continuously improve the product offering.
  7. Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  9. Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategy with company goals and objectives.
  10. Mentor and develop a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to drive their success and growth within the company.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  12. Represent the company and its products at industry events and conferences.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
  14. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales teams, and customers.
  15. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to product development and management.
