Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for Sales and Partner Experience products, in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and implementing new product features and enhancements that effectively meet the needs of our customers and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities, and use this information to inform product development decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, partners, and competitors to inform product strategy and prioritize product roadmap initiatives.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and gather feedback to continuously improve the product offering.
- Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategy with company goals and objectives.
