  7. Stay updated on latest paid social platforms, tools, and techniques to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of target audience and adjust strategies accordingly.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with paid social vendors and platforms.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their paid social skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Paid Social Campaigns, Preferably In The Travel Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Performance Marketing Campaigns, Including Experience In Optimizing Ad Spend And Achieving Roi Goals.

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Their Advertising Capabilities, Including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, And Linkedin.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Experience With Data-Driven Decision Making, With Proficiency In Tools Such As Google Analytics And Facebook Ads Manager.
