- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth for our lodging partners in Thailand, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lodging partners in Thailand, serving as their main point of contact for all business-related inquiries and needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for partnership growth and revenue optimization.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with lodging partners to analyze data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with partners to understand their needs, provide solutions, and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the Thai travel market, and use this information to drive strategic initiatives.
- Create and deliver presentations and reports to lodging partners, showcasing the value and benefits of partnering with Expedia Group.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with lodging partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Expedia Group, promoting our services and values to lodging partners and external stakeholders.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and agility in managing lodging partnerships in Thailand.
Fluency In Thai Language: As A Partner Growth & Agility Associate For Thai-Language Accounts, Strong Proficiency In Both Written And Spoken Thai Is Essential For Effective Communication With Lodging Partners.
Account Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record In Managing And Growing Accounts, Preferably In The Lodging Or Travel Industry. This Includes Developing Relationships, Negotiating Contracts, And Identifying Growth Opportunities.
