Job Description

Lead and implement Corp HSE systems, standards, programs, and plans at the assigned sites. Conduct HSE onboarding training for new employees via Zoom and other technologies. Conduct site-specific Hazard Analyses/Risk Assessments and develop and implement mitigation or control measures. Develop site-specific HSE compliance calendars and ensure compliance including relevant info/data submissions to regulatory authorities. Conduct or supervise, track, and follow-up HSE training on applicable topics including annual (or other specified frequency) refresher training; maintain training records and identify and fill gaps in training. Conduct periodic site walk throughs to assess/evaluate and mitigate potential site hazards

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of direct and full-time OHS/HSE experience

  • Certifications in OHS like ASP, CSP, CIH or equivalent and ability to get certified

  • Passionate about HSE and dedicated; encouraging, persuading, and as needed enforcing HSE in the workplace
