
Employee Communications Specialist
Expedia Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing effective employee communications strategies and programs that drive engagement, build company culture, and promote a positive employee experience.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, as well as a minimum of three years of professional experience in corporate communications, employee communications, public relations, or a related field. They will have deep subject matter expertise in the latest employee communication and engagement trends, as well as experience developing and executing creative and effective communication plans. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work collaboratively with various business and HR teams.This individual must be an independent, self-starter who is able to think strategically, manage multiple projects, and deliver exceptional results. They must have a passion for employee engagement and a drive to help the organization achieve its goals. The right candidate will be a creative problem-solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
